Prof Eamon Strain
Welcome. I am delighted that you are thinking of Anglia Ruskin University's Faculty of Science & Technology as the place to study for your chosen qualification or course.

Our Faculty is one of the largest in our University with over 6,000 students studying worldwide. We offer a range of programmes from Foundation Degree through to PhD and Professional Doctorate. Whatever your chosen course, you can be assured that you will be supported by a dynamic and friendly team of academic, technical and support staff who are here to help you achieve your goals. You will have access to state-of-the-art research facilities, fully furnished teaching laboratories, and excellent library facilities, on both our Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses.

Our Faculty is organised into six separate Departments which cover a range of scientific and technological disciplines; Engineering and the Built Environment, Computing and Technology, Biomedical and Forensic Sciences, Life Sciences, Vision and Hearing Sciences and Psychology. Many of our courses are accredited by recognised professional institutions within the United Kingdom and worldwide and this all contributes to our mission which is:

Our continuing and future success depends not only on the expertise and dedication of our staff, but also on the commitment and engagement of our undergraduate and postgraduate students.
