Anglia Ruskin academics head to Cheltenham

Anglia Ruskin University academics Ben Garrod and Professor Farah Mendlesohn both have starring roles in next week's The Times Cheltenham Science Festival.

Ben, an evolutionary biologist and primatologist, has recently joined Anglia Ruskin as a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Life Sciences.

Graduate Dan lands V&A Illustration prize

Recent Anglia Ruskin University graduate Dan Ungureanu has won £1,000 in an illustration competition organised by the Victoria and Albert Museum, the world's largest museum of decorative arts and design.

Dan, who graduated in January from the MA in Children's Book Illustration course, was runner-up in the Student Illustrator of the Year category at the V&A Illustration Awards 2015.<....
