We know that coming to University from any walk of life is an exciting time and that choosing a course and the University that's right for you is a big decision!

Our primary aim is to provide you with the best education; an education that will supply you with real world skills ready for the workplace, but we are aware that University life is about so much more.

From questions such as 'will I fit in?', 'where will I live? to 'how much spare time will I have?', we know these and many more will be racing through your head. In fact, it would be unnatural if they weren't!

  • Student accommodation - If you're moving to a new area to study, we are aware that you'll want to find somewhere to live that makes you feel at home, this section covers the accommodation managed by, or available through our University.
  • Student finance - A comprehensive guide about how to fund your study, whether you're an undergraduate, postgraduate or part-time student.
  • Student support - An overview of the support available to students at Anglia Ruskin. Whether you're looking for careers advice or just someone to talk to, we'll be there and ready to help where we can.
  • Mature students - If you are looking to return to education later in life it can pose many questions, our guide aims to answer your main queries including advice on how to apply and your study options.
  • Childcare - If you have a family, access to childcare can be important in allowing you to study at our University. This section gives an overview of how we can support your needs.
  • Students' Union - 'Representing, serving and supporting you, to enhance your university experience' is a brief description of why the Students' Union is important for you. With your best interests at heart they'll will make sure your voice is heard, your student welfare is protected, that you have access to independent and impartial advice, and that your time here is as enjoyable as possible!
  • Cambridge and Chelmsford social life - University is a great place to meet new people and to enjoy your time as a student. With a wealth of things to do on or off campus there will never be a dull moment.
  • Employment Bureau - An overview of our on-campus recruitment agency able to help undergraduates and graduates look for temporary, permanent, and part-time opportunities.
  • Faith and worship - No matter what your beliefs the chaplaincy service exists as a place to explore your faith, pray or find a friendly face and a listening ear.
